CubeSat Low-frequency Explorer, CLE, coming from Innovative Solutions in Space BV, ASTRON, University of Nijmegen Radboud University, University of Twente, and TU Delft is proposed as three 12-unit CubeSats forming the first low-frequency radio-astronomy array in the radio quiet zone around the far side of the Moon, imaging the sky at wavelengths below 30 Mhz – not measureable from Earth – as a stepping stone to a larger array in future.
