The STS-100 mission saw the first ESA astronaut to visit the International Space Station, Italian Umberto Guidoni. The rest of the crew comprised of Commander Kent V. Rominger, Pilot Jeffrey S. Ashby and mission specialists Chris A. Hadfield, John L. Philips, Scott E. Parazynski, Yuri V. Lonchakov. On board the Space Shuttle Endeavour was the Canadian Robotic arm which was installed to the ISS during the mission and a Multi Purpose Logistic Module (MPLM) which carried supplies to the station.
This is tape 1 of 4 tapes of NASA edited mission highlights and features flight days 1,2 and 3. The footage carries clean international sound with occassional English commentary by NASA mission control.
