Niger Inland Delta - Worksheet introduction

In the following exercises, we will use satellite images that show the landscape's resources.

Download the file niger_inlanddelta.zip.
Now save the images to your hard disk in a folder named 'Niger'.

The following exercises require the use of the LEOWorks software. LEOWorks has been developed by ESA and can be downloaded here (see right of page).

We will use LEOWorks to analyse and interpret the satellite images of the Niger Inland Delta and to identify the influence of precipitation and desertification within the delta.
